What is the value of your home?

An appraisal is a calculated opinion of the value of your home compared to similar homes. The price agreed to by a seller and buyer is another way of determining value. Keep in mind the home must appraise by the appraiser assigned by the potential buyers bank in order for the buyer to obtain a mortgage on the home. As a Realtor I can do a market analysis which consist of comparing recent sales of similar homes to your home.  This allows us to anticipate the value of your home to determine a list price and test the market by showing the house to potential buyers.
